    Glass Tops Direct sold me a defective glass tabletop.
    Their Customer Service department effectively told me to get lost
    and will not exchange with reimbursement for travel time and tolls
    for the second round trip. They are RUDE, DISHONEST and UNPLEASANT.

    My dealings have only been with Jordan Engel, but if Steven is
    a relative I would disown Jordan. The “excellent sales and
    servicde team” is a figment of their imagination.

    Glass Tops Direct sold me a defective glass table top and refuses
    to accept this item as a return. I requested they reimburse me for the second over 100 mile trip and tolls I would need to make and they effectively told me to “get lost”. They are RUDE, DISHONEST and
    DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS.
